How to give members access

Manually send Member Portal Link

There are 3 Manual ways to give your members access to this section. Chose one of the following methods.

  1. Email all members setup instructions with one click. Go to People -> Members. Click link in right rail 'Email All Members Portal Link'. This will send an email to all active members with a link to set up their pin to access the members portal.
  2. Email members individually. Go to People -> Members -> Member Detail. Click link in right rail 'Email Members Portal Link'. This will send an email to this member with a link to set up their pin to access the members portal.
  3. Setup your members pin for them. Go to People -> Members -> Member Detail -> Edit Personal Info. Enter an 'Access Pin' and hit save. You will then need to tell that member about the access URL which is https://{yourGym}.members.pushpress.com, instruct them to login with their email and the pin you just set them up with.

Automatically send Member Portal Link

This will happen when a member is assigned a plan that is designated a 'Member' plan. It will happen if they self sign up online or you add them through the Control Panel. Most of the time Manually sending Member Portal link is unnecessary as they have likely already received this email. Manual is usually for when a member asks for access because they can't remember or lost the original email.
