Add classes to your Schedule to let members know when class times are and manage your staff for their coaching schedule.
- Select 'Schedule' from main menu.
- Click on the calendar where you want to add the new Class.
- Select 'Create Class'.
- Fill out the rest of the form with appropriate parameters for that Class.
"Title" : Name of the class that will show up on the calendar
"Description" : Optional
"Class Type" : CrossFit, Yoga, Beginners, On-ramp, etc
"Location" : You may have multiple locations, if so use this, if not you can ignore.
"Coach" : Who is scheduled to regularly coach this class
"Class Start Date" : When is this class first available. You could might not want to show up till next week etc.
"Class Start/End Time" : What time of day and how long is this class for.
"Registration Starts" : You can optionally have members pre-register for classes. This is when the window of registration becomes open.
"Registration Ends" : You can optionally have members pre-register for classes. This is when you want to cut off the registration window.
"Attendance Cap" : You can limit the number of people that can pre-register and check-in to class
"Recurring on Days" : Often classes recur at the same time of the day during the week. You can select multiple days for this class to show on the schedule.
