Adding Appointment Credits

Credits are used to charge for each appointment. A typical use case is selling a package of 10 Personal Training sessions. You would sell a block of 10 Credits to a Member which will be designated for a specific appointment type and if you have that appointment type setup with individual coaching rates, you will select the coach the appointments will be used with.

There are a couple of ways to add Credits to a Member.

Adding on the fly while scheduling

This is a good way to do it for an existing member with a credit card on file and you are ready to book an appointment.

  1. Go to 'Schedule An Appointment' from main menu.
  2. Use the Schedule Time box in the right rail to set the parameters for the appointment.

 

Adding Credits to a Member when they are not ready to schedule time

Good for selling an existing member multiple credits at a time. Typically used if you are selling a Private Training package of multiple sessions.

  1. Start from Member Profile page.
  2. Click 'Add Appointment Credits' in right rail.
  3. Select Appointment Type, Staff Member, Number of Credits, Price per Credit and Billing Method.
  4. Click 'Add Credits'.

On-boarding a new Member 

Typically used for new members starting off with a FMS or block of private training sessions

  1. Click 'Add New Member' from Members page
  2. Input email, and name, click 'Create'
  3. Input Billing Information, click 'Save'. or 'Cash Member' button if they are paying with cash.
  4. Select 'Appointment Credits' from Type dropdown. Click 'Continue'.Select Appointment Type, Staff Member, Number of Credits, Price per Credit and Billing Method.
  5. Click 'Add Credits'.
