Members - Creating or updating Pin

Members will use their Pin number to log into the Member Portal and can authenticate for purchases in the Store App set to Kiosk mode.

Admin or Coach resetting Pin.

  1. Log into Control Panel
  2. Find member
  3. Click 'Edit Personal Information' button in right column
  4. Scroll down to 'Access'
  5. Change 'Access Pin' input to new pin (4 numbers)
  6. Click 'Save'

Member updating their Pin

If they already know their current pin but want to change it they can log into the Member Portal and do it from there. Find it by clicking on their name or icon in top right.

If they don't know their pin, they can do a pin reset from Member Portal.

If the member is really confused, you can shoot them an automatic email from the Control Panel that will help them out.

  1. Log into Control Panel
  2. Find member
  3. Click 'Send PIN Setup Link' button in right column
